How long are your contracts?
There are NO long-term contracts or commitments. You can use ReviewYourCleaner month to month, and cancel at any time you’d like! If you do purchase any of our plans, we’ll reward your loyalty by allowing you to customize your direct link and the phone number you send texts from.
Who owns the content of your reviews and the users I upload through your system?
You do! Any reviews or feedback you receive, and the customer data of the contacts you upload to our platform, are 100% owned by you. ReviewYourCleaner doesn’t have permission to contact your users for any reason (outside of sending them feedback requests!). RYC is just a tool for YOU to get feedback from YOUR customers!
If I have questions, is there someone I can talk to?
Yes! We have a first-class support team, offering support via email in English, Portuguese, and Spanish with a guaranteed same-day response time. Additionally, members on any of our plans can reach our email support in the same languages, Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm AKDT.
Can I host the software myself?
No, we’re a hosted, “software-as-a-service” platform. We do this so that we can make sure you get all of the updates and new features.
If I cancel my ReviewYourCleaner account, will I lose my data?
As with most “software-as-a-service” platforms, when you cancel your account, your data will become inaccessible. But don’t worry! Before canceling, you have the opportunity to “pause” your account, and we’ll keep everything backed up waiting so you can come back again later!
If I don't like ReviewYourCleaner, how do I cancel?
